Company Overview
Klinikum Ingolstadt is a major regional center with 841 beds and treatment stations. Annually, it provides inpatient and outpatient care for approximately 93,000 patients across more than 20 clinics and institutes, as well as 10 highly specialized centers, maintaining a high medical standard.
Position Summary
We are seeking to fill a full-time Personnel Controller (m/w/d) position on a temporary basis, covering a parental leave absence, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly personnel reports.
- Perform data queries, ad hoc analyses, and efficiency calculations.
- Enhance personnel reporting, HR software, and develop monitoring and expansion of performance indicator systems.
- Implement the Data Warehouse system eisTIK by KMS within personnel controlling.
- Support personnel planning, including personnel cost planning, budgeting, and deployment management.
- Assist with operational staffing management.
- Prepare year-end documentation related to personnel provisions.
- Prepare external personnel data deliveries compliant with legal regulations and for various benchmarks.
- Participate in personnel-related projects.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration focusing on Controlling or Healthcare Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably with hospital sector experience.
- Strong affinity for IT with excellent MS Office skills, notably MS Excel, and experience with Data Warehouse systems.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking ability, coupled with strong communication, assertiveness, goal orientation, and service mindset.
- Independent, precise, responsible, and a team player.
