Responsibilities

This leadership position involves providing direction and support to individuals under Corlann services, their families, staff, and associated stakeholders, aligning with the organization's ethos, values, and principles. The role includes managing and leading person-centred care services tailored to individual needs, promoting collaborative communication, prioritizing the wishes of those supported, and ensuring accountability alongside delivering value in service planning and execution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Level 7 Social Care qualification, registered with CORU or have submitted an application to CORU, plus a minimum QQI Level 6 Management qualification.
• Alternatively, hold a Nurse qualification together with a minimum QQI Level 6 Management qualification.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience within the Health or Social Care sector.
