Key Responsibilities
- Manage both weekly and biweekly payroll processing for employees across various departments.
- Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions with precision to maintain payroll accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support payroll tax filings and prepare required reports.
- Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
- Work closely with HR and accounting teams to coordinate employee changes and reporting needs.
- Assist with audits and uphold accurate documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years payroll experience.
- Preferred experience handling multi-state payroll processing.
- Proficiency with payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or equivalent systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of managing confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is preferred.
