Payroll Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the payroll system to keep employee payroll records complete and accurate.
• Validate payroll input and output data to ensure correctness.
• Communicate promptly and clearly, escalating issues to relevant parties to guarantee timely payroll delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or clarify payroll-related matters.
• Follow all risk and compliance guidelines relevant to payroll management at Accenture.
• Ensure all payroll reports are prepared promptly after payroll closure.
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll matters and investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Deep understanding of payroll concepts and procedures.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable in work approach.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in executing tasks.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Capacity to work independently and thrive in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential.
