Job Overview
Fix Auto Lethbridge invites applications for a full-time Parts Runner to join our dynamic team in Lethbridge, Alberta. The role operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering an hourly wage between $16 and $18 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize parts carts to ensure all necessary components for repairs are ready and correctly staged.
- Transport parts, carts, and related materials efficiently between storage, vendors, and the workshop to facilitate smooth operations.
- Perform mirror matching on newly received parts to verify they are free from damage.
- Maintain the organization and orderliness of the parts department including inventory management.
- Support shipping and receiving processes within the parts department.
- Carry out additional assigned duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is essential.
- Demonstrated strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical capacity to undertake labor-intensive tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong work ethic and integrity, thriving in team settings.
- Capability to adapt and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Schedule
The role is paid hourly, with wages ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, dependent on experience. The working days are Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 8:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm.
