Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for conscientious and dependable Part-Time Exam Invigilators based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to oversee examination sessions primarily held on weekends. The key purpose of this role is to ensure examinations are administered fairly and securely by enforcing all examination regulations and procedures.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Workdays: Fridays and Saturdays only
- Minimum working hours: 6 hours per day
- Maximum working hours: 12 hours per day depending upon exam timing
- Payment: 15 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise exam candidates to guarantee adherence to examination rules
- Confirm candidate identity and arrange seating correctly before the exam start
- Maintain vigilant observation during exams to discourage cheating and other misconduct
- Address any issues or incidents promptly as per established exam protocols
- Maintain a quiet and controlled environment for the entire duration of the examination
- Prepare comprehensive session reports detailing attendance, any unusual events, and general observations
- Promptly send these reports to supervisory management after each exam
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of integrity
- Capability to stay alert and concentrated for prolonged periods
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage stressful scenarios calmly and professionally
- Previous experience in exam invigilation or administrative duties is desirable but not mandatory
- Availability strictly for Fridays and Saturdays
