Role Overview
This temporary, on-site position is located in Seelampur and involves serving as a Pamphlet Distribution Executive. Responsibilities include methodically distributing pamphlets and informational materials across designated zones such as residential areas, marketplaces, and partner venues. The executive will adhere to assigned routes and schedules, keeping precise records of areas covered and ensuring materials are delivered neatly and respectfully. In addition to distribution, the role requires responding to straightforward queries from community members, guiding them to relevant contacts or resources, and relaying feedback from the field to enhance outreach strategies. The position may occasionally support local awareness events and assist with material organization and setup.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with distribution techniques and strategies for effective coverage of pamphlet dissemination.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities to engage community members politely and handle basic inquiries.
- Analytical skills to monitor distribution progress, gauge community reactions, and provide meaningful feedback for outreach improvements.
- Basic literacy and comprehension of pamphlet content in applicable languages.
- Physical capability to stand or walk for prolonged durations in outdoor environments.
- Dependability, punctuality, and meticulousness in following routes and instructions.
- Previous experience in field roles, sales promotion, or community outreach is beneficial but not compulsory.
