We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maintenance professional specializing in painting and decoration maintenance to join our team. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service while providing innovative solutions to enhance our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all preparatory tasks and apply decoration to ceilings and walls throughout the hotel premises.
• Prepare and paint all woodwork, including doors, architraves, windows, and skirting boards.
• Strip walls in preparation for new wallpaper installations as directed.
• Repair and upkeep existing wall coverings to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for decorating tasks according to supervisory instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate should possess technical education or an equivalent qualification combined with prior experience in a similar painting role. Physical fitness is necessary as the job demands manual tasks. Proficiency in English and the ability to diagnose and rectify issues effectively are essential.
