Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position involves supporting customer service by performing tasks central to receiving shipments and managing merchandise flow onto the sales floor. Duties include unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing merchandise, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace, all as part of a collaborative team that plans and executes workload and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening activities.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional features and displays.
• Unload various types of merchandise during live receiving operations.
• Focus on labeling merchandise and organizing backroom bins and stocking areas—this is a key distinction from day or evening fulfillment roles.
• Transport pallets between the backroom and sales floor for overnight processing.
• Support sales floor stocking as assigned and assist customers when needed.
• Ensure sales floor signage is correctly labeled to prepare for store opening.
• Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $18.40 CAD.
