Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role supports customer service by handling assigned tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing its flow onto the sales floor. Activities include unloading trailers, moving pallets to the store floor, and assisting in merchandise processing, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The Associate operates within a team, strategically planning and executing duties in line with workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening
• Set up, merchandise, and sign product features
• Perform live unloading of various types of merchandise
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from day or evening fulfillment positions
• Move pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor during overnight processing
• Support sales floor stocking as needed and offer customer assistance when appropriate
• Label the sales floor in preparation for store opening
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $16.15. Equivalent rate applies for French-speaking candidates.

• Minimum age requirement: 16 years or older
