About the Role
Join the Specsavers team in Melton, Victoria, and experience the rewarding impact of improving patients' vision and hearing through expert care. This full-time, permanent optometrist position offers you the chance to be a part of an innovative and supportive environment that fosters both professional growth and community contribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality eye care services to a diverse metropolitan Melbourne patient base.
- Utilize advanced technology including OCT scans, HFA-3 Visual fields, auto-phoropters, autorefractors, and non-contact tonometry in daily practice.
- Engage with a positive, collaborative team culture across two stores, contributing to comprehensive patient care.
Growth and Advancement Opportunities
- Develop leadership skills by advancing to Senior Optometrist roles or pursuing other clinical and community outreach interests within Specsavers.
- Participate in the Specsavers Partner Pathway Program, which has enabled over 500 team members to become store owners since 2012.

Work Schedule and Environment
- Work five days per week, including one weekend day.
- Operate within a clinic equipped with five testing rooms and supported by seven optometrists.
