Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Optical Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing professional optical support from pre-screening to dispensing, ensuring customers feel welcomed and well-assisted throughout their visit. Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and assisting them with their optical needs.
- Carrying out pre-screening and dispensing tasks confidently.
- Supporting other optical activities under the guidance of qualified professionals.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience working as an Optical Assistant or within an optical environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role.
- Desirable experience in fast-paced customer service settings.
- Knowledge or familiarity with optical or audiology terminology is a plus.
