If you're an outgoing, proactive individual with a knack for delivering excellent customer service and previous experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant position could be ideal for you. Location
This role is based at Waterford Shopping Centre, Lisduggan, County Waterford, Ireland.

Key Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience working as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer experiences
- Ability to work well within a team setting
- Self-motivation and initiative to take on new challenges
- Confidence and competence in using IT systems
- Excellent listening and communication abilities
- Willingness to embrace feedback and grow professionally with supportive guidance
Additional Preferable Experience
- Experience in fast-paced customer service roles
- Background in optics or audiology sectors
- Familiarity with optical and/or audiology terminology
