Job Overview

The role involves operating and supervising IMFL bottling lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production as per established SOPs and predetermined targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate bottling machinery including filling, capping, labeling, coding, and packing equipment.
• Ensure production flows smoothly with minimal downtime and reduced wastage.
• Handle line changeovers, machine startups, and shutdown procedures.
• Continuously monitor product quality and promptly report any deviations or issues.
• Maintain comprehensive production logs and equipment records.
• Adhere strictly to SOPs, GMP protocols, FSSAI regulations, Excise requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Uphold cleanliness and order by rigorously following 5S workplace organization methods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational qualifications include ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. in relevant fields.
• Required experience ranges from 2 to 5 years within IMFL, brewery, beverage, or bottling sectors.

Skills and Competencies

• Familiarity with IMFL and bottling processes.
• Operational expertise in filling, capping, labeling, and packing lines.
• Capability in machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Compliance knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, and safety protocols.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work within a team.
