Position Summary

This role is situated within the Spare Parts Molding Workshop, focusing on operating and adjusting molding presses to ensure optimal equipment performance. The position operates on either two-shift schedules or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust molding press machinery effectively.
• Manage production series changeovers and initiate production runs.
• Inspect and verify the quality of produced parts.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Engage in first-level maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience in machine operation or adjustment within industrial settings.
• Demonstrates precision, responsiveness, and teamwork skills.
• Prior exposure to plastics processing, molding, or injection molding is advantageous.
