Job Responsibilities

• Operate machinery comprehensively with full control over its functions.
• Adjust and set machine parameters appropriately.
• Independently perform machine changeovers.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for quality compliance based on established standards.
• Meet operational productivity norms consistently.
• Report work progress to the supervisor accurately.

Candidate Expectations

• At least two years of experience working as an Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong dedication and engagement towards the job.
• Willingness to work in second and third shift schedules.
• Ability to work independently, showing responsibility and efficiency.
• Quick adaptability to changes and new conditions.
