Operations Executive

About the Role

This permanent position is with a facility management services company located in the North region of Singapore, specifically Sungei Kadut. Transportation is provided from Kranji MRT to the workplace. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The salary is up to SGD 4,500 per month plus bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule shifts for drivers and crew to ensure optimal manpower distribution for the following day.
• Coordinate transportation logistics to maintain cost-effective and timely delivery operations.
• Contribute to budget formulation and oversee cost control measures.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies by optimizing procedures to maintain sufficient stock while minimizing expenses.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as procurement and sales to synchronize operational activities.
• Assist with the development and evaluation of operational plans to improve workflow and service standards.
• Lead response efforts during incidents and emergencies both in transit and onsite.
• Communicate incident updates promptly to relevant parties.
• Help resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Compile and present monthly job performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of NITEC.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations within service, logistics, or cleaning industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts if required.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license and ownership of a personal vehicle is an advantage.
