As part of its growth plan, Mānuka Health is looking for an outstanding Operations Director to join its Senior Executive Team.
This key leadership role oversees operations throughout the fully integrated business, spanning beekeeping, land management, extraction, processing, packing, testing, and distribution of trusted New Zealand bee products to over 45 countries globally.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans into operational activities covering Supply Chain, Apiculture, Health & Safety, and Customer Service functions.
- Lead initiatives for ongoing improvement, risk control, and operational governance while ensuring fulfilment of customer commitments.
- Develop and empower high-performing teams that emphasize accountability, cooperation, and innovation.
- Serve as the executive lead on Health & Safety, fostering a proactive safety culture safeguarding employees, contractors, visitors, and clients.
- Promote environmentally sustainable operations that align with Mānuka Health’s core values.
