Operations Associate

Overview

Gopuff is seeking full-time Operations Associates to become integral members of its operations team located in Bromley, England. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, these associates are instrumental in maintaining efficient warehouse functions through dedication, enthusiasm, and resilience. Core duties involve managing warehouse tasks including picking and packing orders, receiving products, and collaborating with delivery riders.

Role Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging items accurately for customer dispatch.
• Receiving vendor deliveries, verifying physical stock against purchase orders or invoices, and addressing any discrepancies.
• Handling inventory control and restocking cancelled orders appropriately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Managing waste and spoilage by strictly following First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures.
• Contacting customers to inform them about substitutions or unavailable items.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, especially peak hours between 5 pm and 2 am.
• Basic familiarity with web-based software such as Google G-Suite.
• Ability to repeatedly lift weights of up to 20 pounds.
