Operational Specialist

About the Role

We are partnering with a Haystack affiliate to recruit an Operational Specialist focused on refining refurbishment procedures. This role involves constant analysis and enhancement of refurbishment operations to boost productivity, cut expenses, and improve quality standards.

The specialist will also be responsible for planning and managing the scaling of production locations, coordinating standardization initiatives, and integrating new technological solutions. Additionally, conducting comprehensive needs assessments and economic viability evaluations for technical equipment, while supporting procurement efforts, will be key duties. The role includes overseeing the deployment of digital tools designed to monitor production metrics and streamline production workflows through software applications.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should hold a completed degree in fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

A passion for entrepreneurship, familiarity with digital business models, and/or experience in the automotive sector is desirable. The candidate must demonstrate an analytical, systematic, and process-focused approach while maintaining high independence. They should be result-oriented, able to stay composed and focused when analyzing to improve and simplify processes.

Flexibility and readiness to travel for on-site project implementations are essential. Proficiency in both German and English languages is mandatory.
