About the Role
Hayley Dexis, with five decades of proven expertise in stock management, service, and people, is offering a permanent position for an Onsite Support representative. This opening is based at customer locations in Burton and Lichfield, involving a 40-hour work week.
In this position, you will serve as a primary point of contact between the Burton Branch team and the Onsite Management Team, engaging in meetings with site leadership and aiding in escalations and coverage during absences. Your commercial insight will help identify mutually beneficial opportunities for customers and Hayley. Leveraging your understanding of engineering consumables and parts, you will connect with category specialists to enhance value and explore new tender opportunities.
Your role includes monitoring KPIs in conjunction with the branch team, requiring exceptional knowledge of ERP systems. A team player mentality is vital, including maintaining site tidiness, supporting stores operations, and spotting expansion prospects.
Responsibility for housekeeping, site cleanliness, health, safety, and well-being is shared among all team members.
Candidate Profile
- Strong commercial drive with a sales-oriented approach.
- Beneficial experience in Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) or equivalent sectors.
- Preferred but not mandatory background in stores management or procurement.
- Effective communication skills to interact with various organizational levels, especially customer engineering teams.
- Essential possession of a full driving license.
- Customer-centric with a dedication to exceptional service delivery.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a team environment.
