Overview

This role is responsible for managing raw material and packaging material handling in the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance processes following applicable SOPs. The position entails monitoring environmental conditions, maintaining cGMP documentation, inventory control, and supervising warehouse manpower.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt and storage of raw materials and packaging materials in the warehouse.
• Oversee dispensing and issuance activities in the warehouse.
• Ensure execution of warehouse-related tasks as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain and update cGMP logbooks, including calibration and verification of weighing balances.
• Monitor temperature, relative humidity, and environmental conditions in designated areas.
• Supervise material location updating, labelling, storage, retrieval, and orderly arrangement within the warehouse.
• Operate inventory management systems such as SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems.
• Manage warehouse staffing and manpower allocation.
• Process rejected materials and perform online rejection according to established procedures.
• Conduct stock verifications and ensure accurate reconciliation per guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, ideally up to 7 years.
• Educational background includes Graduation in Science or a related field.
• Diploma in Pharm D or Pharm D degree preferred.
