About the Role
Join Citi in Singapore as an Officer, Finance Reporting Intermediate Analyst, contributing to a global bank's financial management and regulatory compliance initiatives. This position offers extensive on-the-job training, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities for professional growth within Citi Finance, which oversees financial operations and adherence to financial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce, review, and ensure timely submission of regulatory filings to U.S. regulators, including FR Y-9C, FR Y-14, Call Report, FFIEC 009, and FR Y-15.
- Track and analyze key report metrics to identify potential issues, supporting improvements to processes and controls to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate on ongoing process enhancements to improve regulatory reporting efficiency, transparency, and reliability.
- Support regulatory inquiries and examinations by providing thorough analysis and accurate information.
- Assist with incorporating changes in U.S. regulatory requirements within the reporting framework.
- Partner with the Risk & Controls team to uphold and strengthen internal control structures.
- Apply specialized discipline knowledge combined with understanding of related industry practices to execute duties effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Between two to five years of professional experience in financial services, specifically in regulatory reporting.
- Basic familiarity with U.S. regulatory reports named above.
- Ability to synthesize and streamline information across a large organization to establish consistent, repeatable reporting processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with skill in clarifying complex ideas and influencing organizational changes.
- Technical problem-solving aptitude to identify discrepancies and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritization within dynamic and complex work environments, contributing effectively as a team member.
- Judicious risk assessment aligning with safeguarding Citigroup’s reputation, client assets, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
