Job Responsibilities
- Review and audit paperwork submitted by Hotel Clerks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Record room charges and applicable taxes accurately.
- Close out the hotel’s daily operations effectively and timely.
- Collaborate with Hosts to ensure all vacant rooms are appropriately filled.
- Address guest requests and respond to their concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding special event reservation management.
