Role Overview
We invite you to apply as a Night Auditor at Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport and grow with the Revo Hospitality Group. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Stuttgart, with an immediate start preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist national and international guests during the night shift.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
- Handle reservations, guest requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure smooth operation of the reception during night hours.
- Perform the night audit by closing the day’s accounts and reconciling cash registers.
- Prepare reports and statistics as required.
- Maintain safety and order within the hotel throughout the night.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding guest service.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of hotel management training or initial experience at a hotel reception.
- Preferably experience as a night auditor or in night shifts.
- Friendly, confident, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
- Comfortable using hotel management software and common MS Office tools.
- Willingness to work regular night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
