Role Overview

We invite you to apply as a Night Auditor at Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport and grow with the Revo Hospitality Group. This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in Stuttgart, with an immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist national and international guests during the night shift.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Handle reservations, guest requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure smooth operation of the reception during night hours.
• Perform the night audit by closing the day’s accounts and reconciling cash registers.
• Prepare reports and statistics as required.
• Maintain safety and order within the hotel throughout the night.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding guest service.

Candidate Profile

• Completion of hotel management training or initial experience at a hotel reception.
• Preferably experience as a night auditor or in night shifts.
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and in a structured manner.
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
• Comfortable using hotel management software and common MS Office tools.
• Willingness to work regular night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
