Key Responsibilities

• Manage late guest arrivals by conducting check-in procedures smoothly and efficiently.
• Escort guests to their suites, ensuring all provisions are met to guarantee comfort, including attending to their food and beverage needs.
• Deliver porterage services as needed and assist guest transportation and valet parking operations.
• Provide room service and bar service upon guest, member, or owner requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas during the night shift.
• Execute in-room dining service, handling preparation, delivery, and ensuring compliance with bar licensing laws.
• Carry out all fire and safety protocols and maintain accurate records in compliance with permits.
• Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of guests, members, and owners by monitoring potential vulnerabilities such as machinery, doors, equipment, and areas with gas fires or cookers.
• Perform Night Audit procedures and facilitate guest check-outs during the night.
• Comply with any additional reasonable duties and requests as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven strong communication skills with an ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Discreet, positive, and proactive mindset with the ability to work well within a team.
