nCino Tech Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned nCino and Salesforce Technical Lead with a solid background in Financial Services and lending platforms. The ideal candidate will have a blend of hands-on technical skills and leadership experience in guiding teams, shaping innovative solutions, and partnering closely with clients to ensure the delivery of superior quality outcomes. This person will take charge of technical delivery while collaborating with architects and stakeholders to create scalable, robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and execution of nCino and Salesforce solutions within Financial Services initiatives.
• Engage with clients to comprehend business needs and convert them into scalable technical implementations.
• Provide leadership and direction to developers and delivery teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform capabilities.
• Contribute actively to solution design, data modelling, and architectural decision-making related to nCino and Salesforce platforms.
• Take ownership of critical technical deliverables such as solution design, overseeing build processes, and ensuring implementation quality.
• Assist in estimation, planning, and scoping to facilitate achievable and successful delivery.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to maintain cohesion between design and execution.
• Identify potential risks, gaps, and areas for improvement in solutions, offering suitable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships acting as a trusted technical advisor within delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with nCino and Salesforce platforms, preferably within Financial Services or lending contexts.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead or senior developer on Salesforce-related projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modelling and integration strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams and steer technical decision-making processes.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle implementations.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience with nCino lending workflows and banking sector processes.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud, complex integrations, or enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Apex development, integrations, or platform configuration.
• Background in large-scale transformation projects.
