As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician I, you will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple store locations, maintaining key equipment including beverage dispensers, ice makers, fuel dispensers, and handling a broad scope of maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Address routine repair requests for various in-store equipment such as food and beverage machines, ice units, and fuel dispensing systems.
• Manage orders and repairs related to plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance challenges within the stores.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for parts and produce daily operational reports to streamline maintenance activities.
• Provide training and technical guidance to other technicians at the entry level, prioritize workload effectively, and undertake structural maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in general repair and maintenance tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to support peers with technical challenges, strong communication skills, effective management of workload and responsibility for specific facility locations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging between $18 and $32, subject to position location and company policies.
