Major Logistics is seeking skilled Multi Drop Van Drivers to join their well-established team in Lutterworth. This role offers the chance to work with a renowned supplier of household goods, ensuring steady work and growth potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and drive vans safely and efficiently to various delivery points
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip
• Ensure timely, professional deliveries at customer locations
• Maintain awareness of driving and working hour regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers
• Report vehicle issues or required maintenance to supervisors
• Keep company van and equipment clean and well-maintained

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid driving license held for at least 12 months
• Recent experience with multi drop delivery operations
• No more than six penalty points and absence of major driving endorsements
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English at a functional level
• Strong punctuality and time management skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
• Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Driving experience with commercial vehicles is advantageous

Training Offered

• Industry-specific training along with ongoing support throughout employment
