Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and manage multiple machines effectively including loading and unloading materials.
• Utilize computer applications to carry out daily operational tasks accurately.
• Provide machine coverage during break times to maintain continuous operation.
• Precisely log machine activities and monitor equipment performance, reporting discrepancies promptly to lead personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement by identifying and sharing AI-enabled process enhancements within job scope.
• Run equipment according to current process guidelines and maintain personal workstation organisation following 6S standards.
• Propose improvements to quality and safety practices.
• Engage in required training for certification and demonstrate proficiency in operating tasks.
• Communicate clearly by understanding and conveying detailed shift pass-downs, and provide constructive feedback to teams.
• Contribute actively to a safe and compliant workplace by identifying hazards, adhering to safety protocols, and using proper ergonomic and lifting techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education Preference: GCE N/O Level or SPM equivalent with a pass in English.
• Capable of understanding and communicating in basic conversational English.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule alternating between day and night shifts biweekly.
