Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced driver for our moving company to start immediately. This role involves operating a 5-ton truck, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and assisting with loading and unloading furniture at customer residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a 5 ton moving truck safely to various customer locations.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Load and unload furniture carefully, protecting both customers' belongings and property.
• Handle packing, padding, and unpacking of furniture to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain excellent customer relations through professional and courteous service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve safety goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience driving heavy trucks, specifically 5-ton vehicles.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
