About the Role
Scaling Structures is seeking an imaginative Motion Graphic Designer located in Thane, Maharashtra, to join the team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of solid experience in motion graphics, video editing, AI-generated video creation, and graphic design. This role involves producing captivating visual content for social media, branding initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, teasers, and promotional videos.
- Create innovative videos utilizing AI tools and technologies.
- Edit and assemble professional-quality videos leveraging Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Develop animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Design static graphics and visual materials with Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social media teams to deliver content for social media, project showcases, brand films, and advertising campaigns.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually striking videos and designs.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital content.
- Keep abreast of emerging AI-based video tools, motion design trends, and advanced editing techniques.
Required Skills
- Expertise in motion graphics and animation principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro software.
- Competent user of Adobe Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms.
- Strong grasp of video editing workflows, transitions, typography, visual effects, and storytelling.
- Ability to produce content compatible with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar formats.
- Excellent creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Background in real estate, advertising, branding, or digital marketing sectors.
- Experience crafting high-end property or project video presentations.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, or Sora.
- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing motion graphics, AI-driven videos, professional editing skills, and creative design work.

The selected candidate will be a proactive and detail-focused creative, passionate about visual storytelling, capable of independently transforming initial ideas into final polished outputs.
Compensation and Location
The position offers a monthly salary between ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 and is based onsite in Thane, Maharashtra.
