Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified MOT Tester to join Halfords, the UK's largest automotive service, maintenance, and repair company. This opportunity offers a strong career path, a competitive salary package, and an uncapped bonus scheme.
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Base salary ranges from £35,000 to £38,710 per annum
- On-target earnings can reach up to £45,410 annually
- Monthly bonus scheme with unlimited earning potential, averaging an extra £6,700 per year
- Work schedule: 5 days per week; closed on Sundays
- Opportunity to earn extra through the refer-a-friend program (terms and conditions apply)

Qualifications and Experience
- Possesses a current MOT Testing Licence (mechanics and technicians without a licence are encouraged to inquire about other roles)
- Holds a full driving licence with no more than nine penalty points
- A collaborative team player willing to assist with light vehicle maintenance tasks when not conducting MOTs
