Role Overview

This position offers a chance for a customer-oriented professional to work autonomously as a Mobile Mortgage Manager. The role involves guiding homebuyers through the significant process of purchasing a home, offering tailored advice at every stage. Success in this role depends on establishing trusted relationships and achieving meaningful results.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist clients throughout the entire home loan journey, from the initial inquiry to settlement and beyond.
  • Provide exceptional service and help customers consider their overall financial health, including insurance and risk protection needs.
  • Develop and sustain partnerships with external stakeholders such as real estate agents, accountants, and lawyers.
  • Work collaboratively with ANZ's Personal, Business, and Private Banking teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Adhere to compliance, risk management, and quality assurance standards to guarantee responsible and dependable advice.
  • Proactively attract new Home Lending clients utilizing both internal and external networks.

Typical Daily Activities

  • Conduct meetings, either face-to-face or virtually, to understand clients’ home financing goals and customized solutions.
  • Operate flexibly, working from home, ANZ offices, or within the local community.
  • Review detailed financial information to evaluate loan affordability and provide credit recommendations.
  • Expand the business by cultivating a robust referral network made up of influencers and professionals.
  • Collaborate across internal teams, sharing insights to optimize customer outcomes.
  • Represent ANZ at community events and lead financial wellbeing workshops.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and lending processes.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Genuine interest in property development and investment.
  • Highly driven to assist clients in meeting their financial objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
