About the Role
Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a committed Mobile Cleaner to uphold exceptional cleanliness standards across various locations primarily around Brighton, East and West Sussex, and Hampshire. This role is situated within our Soft Facilities Management division, which provides vital services to diverse property types, including homes, schools, universities, housing providers, and public sector venues such as blue light organizations. Our focus is on fostering safe, clean, and welcoming spaces while emphasizing quality, community engagement, and excellent customer service.
Key Duties
- Drive the company vehicle to travel between multiple assigned cleaning sites.
- Perform cleaning tasks inside communal areas including lifts, staircases, landings, and kitchens.
- Sweep hard surfaces and pick up litter from softer landscaping areas.
- Clean windows that are easily accessible.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to supervisory staff.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Holder of a full UK driving licence with at least one year of validity.
- Experience in using cleaning tools and delivering cleaning services.
- Physically capable of handling heavy cleaning machinery and performing manual duties.
The successful candidate must display reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously. A genuine pride in maintaining hygienic and secure environments is essential.
Working Hours and Conditions
Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
