MIS Executive

About the Role

Chadha Developers & Promoters is seeking a knowledgeable MIS Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a graduate degree preferably in B.Com, BBA, or BCA, possess at least two years of direct experience in MIS, and be ready to start immediately.

Core Responsibilities

• Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System reports
• Handle data management and conduct data analysis primarily using advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets features
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence insights to support decision-making
• Maintain and update CRM and ERP system data ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Liaise with internal departments to verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional functions, data validation, and conditional formatting
• Competent in Google Sheets operations
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP software systems
• Strong analytical thinking and effective communication abilities

Additional Information

Previous exposure to the real estate sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Immediate joining is preferred for this position.
