Merchandiser Stocker

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser Stocker to serve the Greater West Allentown, Kutztown, Trezlertown, and nearby regions. This position involves supporting Keurig Dr Pepper's popular beverage brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, among others, by ensuring their products are well-stocked and attractively displayed at retail outlets within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and arrange products on shelves and coolers at large retail accounts within assigned routes.
• Report directly to assigned stores for each scheduled shift and potentially cover additional routes.
• Use a personal vehicle to commute between stores; product transportation is handled separately as product deliveries occur prior to stocking.
• Utilize a company-provided mobile phone equipped with a time-logging and mileage tracking app for shift attendance and reimbursement purposes.

Work Schedule

• Full-time role starting at 7:00 am until tasks are complete.
• Five scheduled workdays weekly, including weekends.
• Days off typically scheduled during the week.
• Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay is $20.83 per hour, increasing to $21.95 per hour after six months of service.

Position Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a repeated basis.
• Capacity to push and pull up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Provide proof of vehicle insurance.
• Have consistent access to a reliable vehicle for transportation within the assigned territory.
