MEP Project Manager

About the Role

Pixel Tech Solution invites applications for an experienced MEP Project Manager with deep knowledge in HVAC, Electrical systems, site execution, engineering, and MEP coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete execution of MEP projects at construction sites.
• Lead installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and Electrical systems.
• Collaborate closely with civil, structural, architectural, and other service teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and on-site personnel.
• Conduct detailed reviews of drawings, Bills of Quantities, and specifications to ensure correct site implementation.
• Detect and address technical challenges, including clashes and interface issues, promptly.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, snagging processes, and oversee final project handover.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience managing MEP projects.
• Solid hands-on expertise in HVAC and Electrical systems.
• Demonstrated success in site execution and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project management coordination.
• Strong leadership capabilities accompanied by effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM is considered a plus.
