Our client in Abu Dhabi is looking for a seasoned Mechatronic Engineer specializing in paper machine hydraulics. The position offers a salary up to AED 10,000. Ideal candidates bring 10 to 15 years of experience dealing with modern paper machines, especially those with intricate multiple hydraulic systems, and hold solid expertise in hydraulics and mechatronics within heavy industry contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations related to paper machine hydraulic and mechatronic mechanisms.
• Engage with advanced paper machine systems, focusing on complex hydraulics.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges independently and proficiently.
• Lead and oversee a technical field team to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and plan maintenance tasks and schedules utilizing CMMS and SAP software.
• Maintain a strong hands-on approach to meet demanding operational standards.
• Assume technical responsibility immediately with minimal need for supervision.
• Rapidly assimilate system knowledge to contribute effectively from the outset.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 10 to 15 years in roles related to paper machine hydraulics or similar heavy industrial sectors.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with modern paper machines and complex hydraulic configurations.
• Technical proficiency in hydraulic and mechatronic systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Leadership skills proven through managing and mentoring technical teams in the field.
• Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling using CMMS and SAP platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to troubleshoot independently.
