Role Overview
If you enjoy precise work, pay attention to detail, and can handle working in cold environments, our Meat Cutter position is an excellent fit. This role involves learning the traditional craft of meat cutting by hand.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand-cutting fresh steaks according to specifications
- Interpreting preparation sheets accurately
- Adhering to Texas Roadhouse quality and portion guidelines
- Monitoring product yield effectively
- Organizing and setting up meat display cases
- Using and maintaining kitchen tools and equipment properly
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the meat room walk-in refrigerator
- Following proper product storage and rotation procedures
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Contributing positively to team efforts
