About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the deployment of Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiatives and support factory improvement strategies.
• Align factory objectives with market priorities to ensure strategic coherence.
• Provide coaching to teams to enhance manufacturing excellence capabilities.
• Champion continuous improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness.
• Assist in factory reporting and the advancement of digital transformation efforts.
• Encourage collaboration across departments and dissemination of best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a diploma in Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Have a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience working within a factory environment.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence methodologies.
• Show strong coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
