About the Company
Sapphire (SILZ) LLC is a collaborative venture situated within the Special Integrated Logistical Zone (SILZ) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in the production of industrial robotics to propel the evolution of automation and intelligent manufacturing technologies.
Role Overview
The Manager in Rewards & Organizational Development will oversee and drive key functions such as rewards programs, workforce planning, annual merit and bonus cycles, as well as organizational development initiatives. The position aims to enhance organizational efficiency, ensure competitive workforce strategies, and foster continuous professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive rewards analyses including salary benchmarking, evaluations of internal equity, market comparisons, and pay positioning assessments.
- Manage annual merit review cycles comprising salary adjustment evaluations, recommendation preparation, validation, and coordination for approvals.
- Develop and consolidate merit increase budgets in accordance with approved manpower planning and financial policies.
- Oversee annual bonus and incentive distribution processes, ensuring accurate calculations, validations, and coordination with Finance and management teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and precision while managing rewards records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Lead workforce planning activities and manpower budgeting aligned with company growth objectives.
- Monitor headcount, position control, manpower utilization, and workforce fluctuations across departments.
- Design and implement organizational development frameworks, covering structure assessments, job redesigns, and clarity on roles.
- Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate capability gaps and spearhead targeted learning and development efforts.
- Drive succession planning, talent reviews, and identification of high-potential employees.
- Administer employee engagement surveys, analyze findings, and facilitate relevant follow-up strategies.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal settings, reviews, and development planning.
- Develop and implement rewards, organizational development, and HR governance policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal standards.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards related to rewards, organizational development, manpower, and workforce analytics to inform management decisions.
- Identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities in reward systems, organizational development, and HR operations.
- Support HR system upgrades, automation enhancements, and process standardization to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 to 10 years of professional experience in rewards, compensation and benefits, organizational development, workforce planning, or HR operations within corporate or industrial sectors.
- Expertise in rewards analysis, merit cycles, bonus administration, and organizational development programs.
- Strong understanding of grading systems, salary surveys, reward governance, organizational design, and HR best practices.
- Robust analytical, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
