Role Overview
The Manager for M-PESA Enterprise Payments leads the strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution for the M-PESA Business product suite. This portfolio includes business-to-consumer (B2C), consumer-to-business (C2B), Open API integrations, merchant payment solutions, and management of partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Executive Head of M-PESA Products and B2C Segments, this position works closely with various cross-functional teams to drive the product strategy. The role requires engaging directly with customers to gather insights, utilizing data analytics to improve product performance, and ensuring smooth integration with digital and FinTech platforms. Additionally, mentoring the product team and overseeing risk management associated with the product portfolio are vital responsibilities.
