About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves designing, developing, and testing electronic components, devices, and systems supporting a broad range of applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electronic hardware solutions that adhere to industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and create electronic circuits and systems that fulfill product requirements and technical specifications.
- Execute schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototype development for hardware projects.
- Conduct extensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting to guarantee hardware performance and reliability.
- Work closely with software and mechanical engineering teams to seamlessly integrate hardware components into the final products.
- Assess and select appropriate electronic components and materials for product designs.
- Ensure that all hardware designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in electronic hardware design, development, and testing.
- Proficiency in using schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Cadence and PCB viewer.
- Strong grasp of analog and digital circuit design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, various sensors, power electronics including Power Supplies or SMPS, and wireless communication technologies.
- Experience applying design for manufacturability and design for testability methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in embedded systems hardware design with 3-4 years focus in high-speed or mixed signal designs.
- Knowledge of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) and signal integrity principles in hardware design.
- Experience using simulation and modeling software for electronic circuits such as SPICE and Simulink.
