Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will immediately engage in learning the operational facets of the business at one of our neighborhood branches. You'll act as both the face of Enterprise to clients and partners and as an operational specialist behind the scenes. Our structured training program equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage your own branch eventually, develop new business opportunities, and lead a team effectively.
You will receive ongoing guidance, mentorship, and operational support, coupled with community engagement to build vital business relationships. Your training will cover customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial acumen, and operational management. Our culture emphasizes friendly competition, which is essential to enhancing business growth and achieving personal success.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian university or an internationally recognized equivalent, preferably in BBA, BCom, Business Management, Arts, or related disciplines
- Have a minimum of six months cumulative experience within sales and customer service (including commission sales, retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries) or leadership roles (such as military, athletics, team activities, clubs, or organizations)
- Hold a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with not more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last three years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past five years
- Be authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (note: Manager Trainee roles typically do not qualify under National Occupational Classification categories eligible for Permanent Residency)
