Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all areas accessible to customers and employees.
• Unload deliveries and replenish stock as needed to support restaurant operations.
• Perform regular maintenance and safety inspections on equipment and building systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure maintenance practices surpass food safety protocols and storage requirements.
