Job description
Role Overview
The Maintenance Associate is tasked with executing maintenance operations according to the established Maintenance Program to guarantee timely equipment availability that meets operational requirements. This role contributes to enhancing maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), boosting Maintenance Efficiency, increasing People Productivity, and improving Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE), Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out advanced maintenance tasks as directed by a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician under close supervision.
- Ensure strict adherence to transactional protocols within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, meticulously recording maintenance data.
- Follow Schlumberger and division-specific TLM standards consistently.
- Develop and sustain competencies aligned with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Engage actively in continuous improvement (CI) activities and provide support as needed.
Educational and Eligibility Requirements
