A full-time Maintenance and Groundskeeper role is available in Clydebank, Scotland, offering an annual salary of 25,521. The position requires working rotating shifts from 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, or 10am to 6pm. This permanent job focuses on supporting site operations by ensuring the safety of visitors and staff through a wide range of upkeep, repair, and safety duties.

Key Duties

• Conduct daily upkeep tasks around the premises including changing light bulbs, maintaining electrical fittings, and general building maintenance.
• Perform scheduled checks on facilities to identify defects or safety issues, record findings, and arrange for necessary repairs.
• Manage contractor sign-ins and monitor their activities on site.
• Test fire alarm systems regularly to verify full operational status.
• Handle minor plumbing tasks such as leak repairs and drain unclogging.
• Provide assistance with painting and decorating projects as needed.
• Support the HVAC system's maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to urgent repair situations to minimize downtime.
• Carry out groundskeeping: cutting grass, trimming hedges, controlling weeds, litter clearing, and cleaning hard surfaces.
• Participate in Legionella testing and compliance to secure water system safety standards.
