About the Role

The Internal Security Department (ISD) plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Singapore by addressing threats to internal stability, including subversive activities, espionage, extremism, and terrorism. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user surveys to assess and interpret user needs, recognizing trends and market dynamics to improve the overall user experience.
• Maintain communication and coordination with both internal departments and external partners.
• Apply Design Thinking principles to enhance service delivery and elevate user satisfaction.
• Identify and integrate innovative logistics solutions aimed at streamlining operational processes.
• Develop comprehensive logistics strategies encompassing transportation, supply management, and related services.
• Coordinate logistics support activities for large-scale events and critical operations.
• Prepare and manage operational documentation relevant to logistics functions.
• Oversee procurement processes while managing risks to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and supervise timely execution of supply chain operations.
• Manage contracts and supply resources to guarantee business continuity.
• Implement digital solutions to ensure seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.
• Gather and analyze data to generate insights for ongoing improvements.

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

• Experience or knowledge in Design Thinking, reviewing business processes, procurement, supply chain management, and digitalization is advantageous.
• Highly self-motivated, analytical, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Capable of performing effectively both independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Resilient and able to maintain performance under pressure.
