Job Overview
As a Loan Executive based in Kolkata, you will focus on direct field sales, seeking out merchants to offer digital loan products and maintain accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sales visits to identify potential merchants and offer suitable loan options.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to clients to facilitate informed decisions.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of merchant interactions and loan documentation.
- Achieve or surpass defined sales targets while nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Operate exclusively in a field sales capacity, visiting clients and managing physical interactions.
Required Experience and Skills
- Prior experience in selling financial products, particularly within fintech sectors such as loans or insurance.
- Basic knowledge of digital loan procedures, including KYC verification, mandate creation, and AutoPay mechanisms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage merchants.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from INR 17,000 to 27,000.
